The Montreal-based serial entrepreneur is soon to launch Sitter4help.com—a social-network company for caretakers that provides a link
between parents looking for babysitters, nannies, senior caregivers, pet sitters, tutors offering their services in regular babysitting,
child care, pet sitting, senior care and tutoring
The Internet has certainly made connecting parents and sitters easier than ever. ++There’s a huge market for caretakers service!++ says Pierre Marc.

Sitter4help, set to launch later this summer, will provide a link between parents looking for babysitters, nannies,
senior caregivers, pet sitters, tutors offering their services in regular babysitting, child care, pet sitting, senior care and tutoring.
How will the business model www.Sitter4help.com work?
We’re building Sitter4help as the community caregiverplace. It’s free to sign up. The service is free for babysitters, nannies,
senior caregivers, pet sitters and tutors to register and create their detailed profile. We offer privilege accounts for parents
and charge to them a subscription fee, they can find a suitable sitter and list jobs. Log into Sitter4help, upload profile, share with
friends — you’ll also have options to share on your Facebook wall, Tweet and find a sitter while on the move with sitter4help iphone apps
What has been the most challenging part of being an entrepreneur?
The challenge is to stay focused, encouraged and motivated even when times are hard. In the beginning, you want to control everything, and it
isn't easy. Also, to allow others’ success to motivate you and not make you envious. There are huge opportunities to learn from others who are
already successful.
What criteria do a jobseeker need to fulfill in order to become employed?
They must be over eighteen and have one caretaker experience. We encourage them to purchase a background check and post it for parents to see.
This is very safe and suitable!
What confidence do you offer to parents, who are often hesitant to hire babysitters and Nannies..and so on?
Sitters listed on Sitter4help.com have detailed profiles, pictures, references, background checks, interview info, that make finding sitters,
nannies, senior caregivers, pet sitters and tutors suitable and safer.
What kind of advice you can share with our Connecting Parents community?
I encourage them to register and share with friends. It’s safe and suitable. I encourage every college student to sign up for free as well and get a job
